Coaching services include trauma-informed, culturally competent coaches bridging the skills gaps in effective communication, emotional regulation & somatic bodywork, professional & social skills related to how your brain relates then reacts to others which include tracking patterns and triggers related to emotional management
We work in 3 & 6-month intervals.
