Get Gathered through Text
We have launched Get Gathered here , 30 minute wellness sessions via text message! T
This is a pilot program running from now until the Dec 31st 2025 to add flexibility and availability to mental health skills and support in an on the format. There are times Support is needed but privacy, time. and a clear schedule can be hard to come by. Support through text now enters the chat! With this format you can pretty much gain support anywhere and is structured something like this;
30min scheduled chats on a secure line via text message.
Walk in days available for support throughout the week on Mondays and Thursdays
This service is for people needing:
accountability for reaching goals & keeping commitments
check-ins for their mental health
life skills for situations that are occurring in the upcoming week
skills for social interactions
help organizing and managing their time,
short term help with regulating the nervous system,
skills for working through over stimulation.
communication techniques in life, at work, with family
exploring setting boundaries
This is not for people who need extensive mental healthcare services , have a extensive history of self harm and suicide, or are looking to deal with their trauma. Those are require 45 to 60 minute sessions . trdiotnal formatting is currently best.
You can schedule your session or we have two walk in days where you can text to see availability of openings on Mondays and Thursdays. You will still fill out paperwork as if this was a therapeutic session in order for us to understand what your needs and current goals but using a text only version solves a couple of issues people run into during the summer-time & space.
The number you will be given to text will be a part of a HIPPA compliant workspace and encrypted. Some things required for these session:
You doing the work upfront to understand what you want to get out of the session allowing us to jump right into problem-solving, regulating your nervous system, and the skills needed to be applied to the situation.
Working sessions are a thing here! if you need to accomplish, finish, call, work out details we can do this here! What these could look like - you needing to ask questions then go do something after we talk about a plan or solution and then come back for a debrief after you have gone to do it. You can also do that during any session by we digress. I’m offering this program through the end of Dec to see how well it works. Therapy isn’t usually done this way, but me and my clients have done some really good work through this method.
This is a subscription that will be billed monthly for 1$25 either end or be renewed on Dec 31st for another 6 months!
